How to Amend An Order

Receiving Your Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order, which will include your order number. Please keep this email for your records. If you need to contact us about your order, please have your order number ready.

Using a Discount Voucher Code

If you have a valid discount voucher, you can enter the code on the checkout page. Some vouchers may have restrictions, such as a specified product, country, or date range.

Amending Account Details:

To amend any of your account details, log in, click the ‘edit profile’ button and then enter any amendments you would like to make, clicking the save button at the bottom of the page will save your changes.

Your address book can be updated by using the edit button next to each entry.

Product Substitution

Please note that some flowers may not be available depending on the season, region, or country. If substitution is necessary, we will follow strict guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction, such as substituting with a product of equal or greater value and maintaining the overall effect of the gift.
